This is a minor complaint but I do wonder if there will be a patch for some of the sound errors?

 

First of all there are at least two spots where the voice clearly pauses (once the pilot and once the stewardess): those pauses are very easily removed.

 

Secondly the stereo placement is sometimes wrong. I sometimes hear the pilot voice at the right; the FA lady says hello at the right but then suddenly can be heard in the middle and there are a few other sounds that switch positions while they shouldn't.

 

Third: during the descend brief one word of the pilot is clearly not recorded too well, sounding muffled, and this could easily be corrected with some EQ.

 

Apart from these things I also think (but I already posted this) that the boarding loop is too short and too obviously repeated.

 

Minor things, I know, but in all honesty I don't really understand this hasn't been fixed yet. I find this odd because the mistakes are so obvious. Shouldn't be too complicated to fix. Pity we can't edit the sounds ourselves. Five minutes and I would be done. ^_^

 

Still loving FS2Crew immensely though! ^_^ It completely changed the game for me! I am utterly addicted to the 737NGX together with FS2Crew (and also ProATC/X). Love it.

Yes, there will be an update.

 

Version 2.0 will be released at he same time as Emergency NGX.

 

I'm not sure which specific sounds you're referring to.

 

Please email me an itemized list of what you think should be looked at to:

Describe the specific sound file contents and voice set (accent) so I can determine which sound file you're referring to.

Ok, I will note everything this evening during my next flight.

 

Didn't know about version 2 btw: is that an update or a complete new version? Has it been posted about already? I have to say I only visit the button control forum and not the voice control: maybe I should do that.

Version 2 is mainly just some refinements. Nothing too major.
