January 21, 201313 yr Does anyone know how to get the folks at Blueprint Sceneries to respond to e-mails? I've submitted problems regarding serial numbers a number of times within the last week but cannot get anyone there to respond. There must be some way to get them to wake up! Does somebody know how to accomplish this? Jack
January 21, 201313 yr Be careful with Blueprint. There is something wrong with those people. I sent my serial number to them one time, to get an new version of the installer and somehow they allowed my serial number to be released for open use. Then they complained to the place where I bought the airport scenery, accusing me of releasing my serial numbers. The place where I bought it said that they had zero tolerance for that kind of behavior, and I almost lost my account along with all of my purchases, until I proved to them that it was Blueprint Simulations that released my serial number themselves. Then the web store apologized, but Blueprint never did. Robert Yunque
January 22, 201313 yr They have not updated their website since August 8, 2012 which is odd for them. They may be done. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Eric
January 22, 201313 yr Author Robert & Eric.......... Thanks for your responses. The way things are these days, it pays to be very careful of almost every deal you make online. Having said that, within a couple of hours of your post Eric, I had a response from Blueprint. They were positive and very helpful. I got what I needed. I don't know why it takes so long though. As far as their website, I don't visit it enough to take note of whether or not they change. I guess if they have no new scenery or major updates there's no reason for them to update. Are they a one man shop? I could never figure that out. Jack
