better frame rates? Aerosoft Bus Extended or PMDG 737NGX?

Featured Replies

I have the 737NGX and I'm very happy with the frame rates, thinking of dinning on the airbus extended,,.. how does that compare frame rate wise?

Ciao!

I think the AXE might have better frame rates. Its really smooth on my machine :)

I had better frames on the NGX.

Just to add my opinion on the Extended, and I repeat, this is only MY opinion, but I flew it a few times, and while it's still good and some of it's nice to look at, I just couldn't get into it. It just didn't seem realistic enough, like a toy. This may seem controversial, but I bought the Black Box Sim a320 on impulse, and it is now by far my favorite aircraft - and I consider myself a "hardcore" simmer too. Anything less than realistic is not a good experience for me because I do fly for my job. It's still a BETA (0.6) but I'm impressed already by what BBS are doing so it will hold me over, at least until FSLabs is released.
