January 29, 201313 yr I'm posting on the forum because of a lack of direct support for non-software based products. It's directed to the PMDG staff. I was just wondering the normal delivery times for the ngx manuals. I placed the order for the captain's set on the 9th of January and got a tracking number soon after. Within a week, the package arrived in Miami. However when I opened the package (I noticed it the box was smaller than expected), it was just the QRH (the color upgrade). I was wondering how long after the rest of the manuals would arrive, considering it's coming up to a month that I've purchased the set.

January 29, 201313 yr Author Thanks. I'll give it a shot but on the page to submit the ticket, PMDG advised that the ticket system was for product reactivations only.
January 30, 201313 yr Commercial Member I'm not sure what you're talking about - our ticket system is certainly not only for product reactivations.
