I am using EZDok addon but have disabled it just to see if it fixes the problem with some of the default views. I can't seem to pan around while in other views such as Tower views, Runway views, etc. I can only zoom in and out. Does anyone else have this problem? It's been bugging me and I'd like to figure out how to fix this.

For panning in Tower View, I've set a key function to: Settings - Controls - Views - View Track/Pan toggle. I don't know what you mean by Runway views.

Runway views are in the list in the "view" menu. It gives a view from some runways (I don't know how they are chosen, maybe recently used ones). I don't think I can pan in the runway views as well as some other views like Tower view.
