February 10, 201313 yr Author First I did a fresh install of FSX on my new drive Then I ran it in Windows 7 Compatibility Mode Added Run As Administartor Added Read and Write permissions for Everyone Updated Microsoft C++ 2005 Installed the newer version of FSUIPC and the last thing I did was share my FSX folder. Who knows if it was oner or all of them but hey she runs good now Devin Mack "Why yes I do sit up in trees and watch airplanes land in my free time, do you have any better suggestions for my weekend?"
October 1, 201312 yr I changed to a secondary OS with w7 x64 but I will try again with the tips mentioned above on my w8 install . "If flying was the language of man, then soaring would be it's poetry"
