There's a freeware version over at Flightsim - search for mdpc-1.zip. No idea as to the quality.

Then there's this old Tropicalsim scenery:

Doesn't look as good as newer Tropicalsim products, but if that freeware version turns out to be not that good then I guess you could consider this one whenever Tropicalsim has next big sale, and they seem to have sales pretty often.
