Hi Guys,

 

This is doing my head in. I know everything works ok as i had it working before. I am using a headshet with mic, JS41 Voice product and onboard audio.

 

Does anyone have any rsason why the mic volume is so low. I have updated the drivers, ran win update (win 7 64) and updated the software. I have checked the volume as well and that is fully up.

 

Has anymore had this problem before?

If it worked before, it should work again.

 

Make sure nothing else is trying to grab your mic... check your audio settings in the Control Panel.

 

 

Solution:

• Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Communications. Select "Do Nothing" when Windows detects communications activity and click apply.
