I have purchased today the new ngx emergency started the the download wich was downloading at 30kb per sec really slow a 4 hour download so I have so now done this a few times now all i get is a empty Zip file

on every download and my downloads are running out Order #29819

is this only happening to me is somthing I am something I am doing wrong hope someone can assist

I released the RAAS update, which resulted in our servers getting absolutely slaughtered.

 

Your download timed out, hence the corrupt/empty zip file.

 

Please try again in about 12 hours when things calm down.
