Skyvector - symbol or icon legend?

See this pic, looks like a mess. I know what some of the info means but is there a site or legend anywhere that explains what all this mess means or represents? I looked around but didn't see any info on the site.

 

Edit: This goes for all the other type of maps on Skyvector too. Would be nice to know what they all mean.

The Map View is set to 'World IFR'. If you click on any of the 'named' buttons (Enroute L-2, San Francisco) that will give yo uthe view of the actual Map. Drag the map to the right side of your screen, and you'll come upon a margin with writing. That's the Map Legend side of the page. Drag the map down, and you'll find the actual Legend and Symbols.
