Advise on 1 fsx issues

I'm at a point In which everything in FSX is working perfectly and I'm looking for the extra spice. So I need your advise on 2 things:

1- default fsx ATC - although I give credit to FSX for a great ATC platform, I would like a more interactive and less robotic ATC to talk to. Are there any addons that make ATC better and more interactive? For instance, ATC assigning differ departures and SIDS and not asking me to climb runway heading until FL110.

2- is there a way to get airports looking more busy without the added performance cost of air traffic addons? I would like airline liveries parked in different sections of each airport but not flying around and wasting resources. In other words, a very advance static aircraft add on I. The large airports.

Thanks for your input.

VOX-ATC could be what you're looking for.

There would be a few liveries in the library to drape default ac with.
