Ok so I got FS2CREW some time last week the default 737 version voice commander and since Ive had it I haven't been able to use the voice command thing I click the voice button it flickers then does nothing it I have uninstalled and installed it millions of times I have sp1 installed any suggestions?

If the Voice button doesn't stay on, it's because:

 

1. Your speech recognizer is not set to English - US.

If that doesn't help, your system may be damaged, usually the result of running System Mechnanic.
