I use rex when i put a little of cloud´s i have jumps on the video or low fps, :angry: :angry:

 

In the rex i have the next config ir you lock the image.

 

In the Fsx config i have the low options for wheater

 

Mi Grapics gard Ati HD 6770.

Clouds and ATI cards are said not to work too well together. However, my ATI 5870 with the latest drivers and DX10 enable has been working great lately (it didn't used to especially in DX 9). Trying changing the cloud resolution to 1024X1024 in REX if you have it higher. Also try changing your ATI Catalyst anti-aliasing settings to Box or Wide-Tent. That's what I use. What CPU do you have and how much RAM?

I have an amd FX-4100 and i have excelent FPS or image quality For an AMD PROCESSOR, i have 4G Ram (never reaches 4 megs I see this in windows)

 

I will try your ati config and 1024x1024 resolution
