wrong win7 version = wrong voice recognition for VoxATC?

Hi there,

 

I owned a german Win7 64bit home premium OS. Today I tried to switch the voice recognition to english for using it with VoxATC. Now I've got the information one will get language packs (MUIs) only for the ultimate versions. So is there no chance for me to switch to english voice recognition? This means I'm f**ked up with VoxATC? Can't imagine VoxATC runs smooth with german voice rec.
