Surface Pro as networked FSX PC

Featured Replies

Thinking of getting the Microsoft Surface Pro to run as a 2nd FSX PC. It will run networked AS2012, UT2, EFB, ProATCX and Wideview FMC. Do you think its powerful enough?

Yes, it ought to do nicely as a host for secondary services such as the ones you mentioned.

How would I get the FMC displayed on the laptop? is the only option Wideview with another FSX install?

Are there any tutorials on networked pc and fsx?

I'm not aware of any other air display like capabilities of the Surface Pro, so that's likely the answer.
