Hi, When I look at the aircraft from the front, the engine fan blades are not turning.  Any Ideas?

Happened to me once.  Advanced animations on?  Plane registered ok?  Reload the plane.

 

HIMEMFIX=1 IN FSX CFG?

It is a common problem, never solved by the team ((probably because it cannot be fixed). It happens when changing liveries from the first loaded one, or sometimes in other conditions. By reloading the flight the problem will disappears.

As Brent said Himemfix must be 1, also if it will not solve the above problem.
