March 28, 201313 yr That's it. I just bought J41, but for some reason the Activation Window won't pop up...i don't get any error when trying to load the plane...but instead i can load it normally, the only Digital Gauge working its the Battery...obviously Volts will read 0 on the three different positions. So..my next move was to try to contact PMDG via their portal...again another problem arises it says than my account doesnt exist. What should i do?. Your PMDG support account is different than your PMDG eCommerce account. You need to register an account with the support system. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"
