My Traffic Pro 5.4b Questions for FSX

Featured Replies

Hi All,

These questions get kinda down in the weeds... so if nobody here can answer, I would ask that some kind soul with full access to the SimFlight forums copy and paste it over there so maybe Burkhard can help me out. Either the e-mail confirmation system is broken over there or my ISP absolutely refuses to let the confirmation through...whatever the reason, it's impossible for me to get any support on this program.

1. When generating new traffic .bgls using the "Create all files and traffic" command in the editor, the default Die Out Points come up as follows:

Airliners                 25

General Aviation     1

Cargo                    20

Military                    1

Does anyone know if this is correct? I ask because the editor manual states that each category defaults to 0.

2. I'm in the process of substituting some third-party GA aircraft for the default FSX models that MyTraffic uses (i.e. changing the titles in Aircraft>My Types). Once I've saved the changes in the database, do I need to completely regenerate the schedules (using Create Schedules, files, and traffic) or can I just create new .bgls (using Create all files and traffic) since I am not actually removing or adding any aircraft?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated !!! Thanks.
