April 1, 201313 yr Hello everyone, I've got a problem with something very new...the Livery Manager. But I just wasn't able to find a problem similar to mine anywhere. When starting the manager on win7 64bit as admin theres always the message "Unable to locate FSX installation!" After inserting it manuall, choosing the version and livery to install and pressing "select livery to install" im getting an error that says "Oops! This variant is not installed". As I said I'm running it as admin and the aircraft.cfg isn't read only and in properties every permission to write in the cfg is given. Unfortunately in the meanwhile I got to aggressive to go on with failure search :( Thanks in advance! In the hope I wasn't to blind to see a thread with the answers i'm searching, Haiko
April 1, 201313 yr Which variants do you have installed and what variant livery are you attempting to install? 800 and 900 come with the base, 600 and 700 are an expansion pack. Regards,Bob Quick

April 5, 201313 yr A lot of people advocate use of various registry cleaners or system cleaners or anything else of that sort... wel... this is what happens when you let a cleaner run rampart. --Peter Fabian
