Anyone else having problems downloading products?  

 

I bought my first PMDG products today, 737NG base and expansion pack.   The expansion pack downloaded without any trouble but the base pack starts to download then times out.    I've been trying on and off for the last few hours.

Hi Cliff, When I saw the size of the 737NG file, I knew my download speed would cause a time out, so I purchased the hard copy version, which gives me a fixed activation key and downloading is easier for me.

 

You might want to try one of those file downloading programs which have multiple instances going and the download happens a lot quicker. If one leg falls over, another instantly takes its place. I think some of them are free. 

If your connection is causing problems, you might want to download and use a download manager.  They're programs that will allow download resumption, and all that to avoid these issues.
