You might try writing a gauge in xml that could read those values and make them readable, then pass them to the FSUIPC. The main  problem would be to figure out what the variable names used by Wilco are. This is of course a off the top of my head suggestion and may work or may not work at all.

I use the method of programming to accomplish the lower ECAM,and all my simulator is based on programming,so I firstly need the data.I hope to read all the data from FS9 by FSUIPC such as APU EGT and APU N and so on.Thanks for your help!

You might also try asking or looking way down at the bottom of the main forum page in the "Home Cockpit Builders" section. You may find someone there with much better ideas or methods than mine or at least how to make mine actually work. You could also check at the FSUIPC creators forum and maybe find some helpful information there.

The FSUIPC SDK contains a document FSUIPC4 Status of IPC Offsets for FSX  that lists all the FSUIPC variables available. The FSX SDK section Simulation Variables lists all the variables available to gauges and SImConnect. If a variable isn't listed then then it's not available, unless the add-on developer has published  something.
