Thanks to an interesting web blogger (Aviation Mentor, worth checking out) I see that now FAA is producing GPS approaches that use the "RF" leg (in the past these were all RNAV RNP approaches).  I guess the idea is that GA will have these approach types available.  FSX GPS can't do an RF leg, but I don't know if any addons can (PMDG maybe?) .  Example here:

Most just use the Z version of the approach.
