Is there something broken with the registration process on the official Hi Fi Website? I have tried on several occasions to register now and give up in bewilderment. I've forgotten to write down the activation key. I need a new one.

Cannot comment on the support registration process Jon (been registered for some time) but if you purchased through Simmarket you'll find the key in your account there.
