We all have our personal likes and dislikes, so that doesn't make this particular item good or bad. The actual software is irrelevant to my post.And don't take this post personally. Well I have purchased from Flight1 in the past and have been happy with the products I bought. Wilson your post has sealed the deal for me. With great customer support like you recieved I have mor faith and confidence when making a purchase from them. Absolutely no doubt. Flight1 sets the standard for customer service and support. I buy pretty much everything they sell. I have never asked for a refund on anything, but it's really nice to know I can.

But I would like to add FSGenesis to your list. Justin Tyme has bee always very helpful in support and continual upgrades to his products, and he has always been very fair in how he treats people. And he has also released previous payware packages to various flight sim groups free of charge as a sampler of what his products can do.Since he only offers mesh and landclass, that has to be your bag of tea. But if it is, Justin is the best in the business in my opinion.And yes, I have two products from Flight One that I am VERY pleased with. So no knock against Flight One from this virtual pilot.
