Google "UAC" and learn how to shut it off all the way.

What happens is that if people have FSX installed in "Program Files", Windows can sometimes block programs from writing to files located "inside" Program Files.

Microsoft did this to protect your Mom and Grandma from evil doers, but the consequence is that it can make life more difficult for Flight Simmers.

Remember to run the PMDG Config Manager and click "save".

You should also run the PMDG J41 Config Manager as an admin...  Right click the icon for the J41 Config Manager and select "Run as Admin".

If you do all that, your panel.cfg file should get updated with the FS2Crew entries.
