So I purchased this addon back in 2010 and lately I decided to redownload and I didn't know how to get back ..

I sent them  message at there E-mail with all my purchase details but they have not responded me in 3 days..

Also on Forum no one is replying to support thread for it??

 Any idea guys? Are they closed?

I did menage to redownload with the email received when purchased.

They are still alive.

I have the link as well.. However it seems to be old .. I want new updated one.. And I have not got any response lately its been quite some time!

I can only confirm you that the support email is working, one month ago I did received a reply from them.

I am not sure which version you have, but take a look here maybe you need to upgrade to the latest.

I went to that web address before , I am unable to upgrade So I mailed them..There support Email ([email protected])

If you don't hear in some days reply here, I can try other way to rich the support, but bear in mind that in Italy it's holiday on 25 and the majority will take until Sunday on bridge.

Its been 2 week since they have not replied to my post or Email!
