May 7, 201313 yr Hello all, after years and years of FSX (a a year of Prepar3d), I'm actually considering jumping to X-Plane. I guess one gets fed up of tweaking an aged product that can't keep up with modern hardware. Anyhow, can you tell me if this would do the trick with X-Plane - especially letting me know if it just doesn't cut it. Thanks a bunch. 3rd Gen Intel® Core™ i7-3632QM processor (6MB cache, up to 3.2Ghz) Windows 8, 64-bit 8GB3 Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz 1TB 5400RPM SATA HDD + 32GB mSATA SSD w/Intel Smart Response 8X Tray Load CD/DVD Burner (Dual Layer DVD+/-RW Drive) Radeon™ HD 7730M 2GB Mario Di Lauro

May 7, 201313 yr Demo demo demo... always try the demo! Rather than relying on outside opinions to find out how it will run, the demo gives you the chance to both see your performance AND get a feel for what X-Plane is all about before you make your purchase. -Greg
May 7, 201313 yr Of course - great advice you guys! Thanks! Mario, this is NOT great advice---do NOT download and try out the DEMO...., for afterwards, you'll have a severe case of plastic-itis. How do I know? Don't ask.....lol! Seriously, have fun with it.... My copy is about two days to landing on the doorstep... Ses
