Default Beaver Wheels Version?

Featured Replies

Not sure what it is about the default beaver, but I like it. Problem is, I rarely do amphibious flying and I'd like a fixed wheels version for FSX for bush flying.

Does anyone know where I could get the default beaver with fixed wheels?

There's no such thing, as far as I know. The only Beavers I'm aware of are Aerosoft's payware version, which indeed comes with wheels, too, but it looks a bit out of date (especially the gauges in the VC), or the freeware version by Premier Aircraft Design (but I'm not sure, whether they have the usual one with the radial engine, or only the turbo version).

I too would appreciate a more up-to-date Beaver with wheels, because being limited to water only is not really what I want, too, and IIRC Aerosoft stated they consider a ne Beaver X after they're done with the Twin Otter...

That is too bad that there is no conversion of the default Beaver to a fixed wheels version. I'll check out the Aerosoft one though.
