Wanted to know If somebody good give more explaning the reason why some aircraft do make the noise and others don't?

An engineer could provide a better explanation than me. But shimmy, as I am told this is the specific cause of the noise, is actually a lateral movement of the wheel. Worn tires must certainly be a factor, but I suspect general accumulated wear and tear or just slack somewhere in in the components as a whole is the primary cause.
