If someone even suggested this to me, I'd have to write a book on my SOP/Flows I use before they can come close to my flight deck LOL!

 

This is why we have expanded normal procedures with PF and PM/PNF written right next to them.

 

Standardized, normal procedures so that crew transitions go off without a hitch month to month.
