Updated EDDF.txt but no runways or SIDS

Featured Replies

I would like to set up a flight from EDDF which now has a new northern runway. I have loaded the scenery, so I need the new SID to avoid confusion, with renamed runways.

I thought I would get the latest SID from navdata, EDDF_v16, but it has messed up the proceedures, IE there are no runways or SIDs. I didn't back up the old EDDF.txt which worked fine, minus a runway.  The PMDG NAV data is AIRAC 1108.

How can I get old of the old EDDF.txt?

Many thanks

Julian

No, I have not. I did a search but it is a big website, which section is it in?

When I loaded up the new SID it came up with the message  'EDDF ERR: 07L RWY N/A'

I tried loading a slightliy older SID from NAV DATA, but for some reason only a short cut was in the zip file.

Another great Windows 7 'user experience' with the simple task of just updating a SID/STAR file

NAV DATA have NOT been updated for several years now!

You need to update your AIRAC to the latest 1306 from http://www.navigraph.com/

And yes you have to pay a little for it.

But so it is. Take it or leave it.

OK, I'm going to download it.

Well that sorted it out pretty comprehensively. All the SIDs are there. Thanks
