I cannot seem to be able to download this from avsim's library for some reason and cannot find this anywhere on the net. Could someone please share this amazing soundset? Thanks!

Can someone please get this file for me? I'm not sure what's wrong. I have tried using several different browsers on several different computers and I'm always getting a permission error. Sigh.

 

Would appreciate if a kind soul on here could help me out please. The file I'm trying to download is this:
