when I try to install i get this message.

 

The file rc43-0.bin is missing from the installation directory.

please correct the problem or obtain a new copy of the program.\

 

what does this mean how do i fix it?

Try starting RCv4.exe by right clicking on it and select Run Admin.

 

Did you receive it as a DVD or download it.
