June 16, 201312 yr I know there is a way to select what information comes up on screen when you press Shift+Z - I have done it before, but for the life of me I can't remember how and seraching these forums for relevant keywords hasn't produced an answer. Can someone please help? Thanks! Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
June 16, 201312 yr In FSX cfg, you will find TextInfo.1 (2 & 3). Each one represents how many times you press Shift+Z. I have never adjusted these entries, but I would think that commenting out a line (//) will omit it from the display. Chris
June 16, 201312 yr Have a look here: http://www.microsoft.com/Products/Games/FSInsider/freeflight/Pages/CustomizingShift-Z.aspx (surprised the page is still up actually!) Dave Garwood.
June 16, 201312 yr Author Many thanks. To be honest though, that doesn't ring a bell: but it is what I was looking for. Can anyone please say how to do the same in FS9? There are no such entries in the fs9.cfg file. Martin Martin Stebbing, EGLF (UK)
