Has anyone come up with a way to turn down the brightness of the MFD in Topo mode?  The pop up is perfect, but in the normal virtual panel view it seems too bright.

There is a brightness setting in the G1000_config.xml file.

 

This can be found in the TBM850_G1000.cab file (in the FSX Gauges folder).

 

Maybe there is a way of adjusting this value in the panel, but if there is, I have not found it..

PFD Menu button

Yes! That works great.  Naturally I was looking all around the MFD since that's what I wanted to turn down, and I read the manual...it just says the Menu button lets you change some settings.  Doesn't say which ones.
