June 30, 201312 yr Author Most of their products are several years old not very high resolution. They've had a high resolution California scenery in development for many years but it seems they always come up with some last minute tweak or fix that pushes back the release date another 3+ months. I promised myself I would get back into X-Plane once that came out, but it never seems to happen. Your approach to building the scenery yourself is interesting. The trees really add the third dimension to the scenery that is normally lacking with pure photo-scenery. I never understood that myself, the product is essentially color corrected photoscenery. What could possibly be taking so long? The sim-savvy guy made the whole USA @ 50 cm in much less time. Seeing that you are in Sweden, you may want to try Zone's photoscenery + OSM autogen for your home country.
July 6, 201312 yr Great shots ! :Applause: Yes JimmiG, add OSM2XP sceneries on top of your photo-sceneries. It really adds the "third dimension", and don't forget to contribute to OpenStreetMap if you want more details in your hometown. Georges - OpenStreetMap - Ubuntu GNU/Linux -
