Can someone tell me the best settings for the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke (In FSX settings,sensitivity etc) ?

I want the most realistic aircraft behavior and my fsx controller settings (sensitivity, null zone) are very unrealistic. Can you post a pic with your settings? 

 

It´s very important vor me because i have some problems with my 737-800NGX during landing. Sometimes my landings are to hard or to soft because i can´t really get a nice flare with my controller settings.

I have my sensitivity set at about 10% for both roll and pitch. It feels more realistic than the toy-ish feel at 100% sensitivity.
