Thanks for the replay, I just tried again but no go. This is what I get when I try to log on.

 

"An error occurred while logging into your account.
Please check your login and password/code and try again."

Had to reset my password, but found that all my download counters had been reset when I was able to log in!

Mine have also been reset, though I never had any login problems. Nice little bonus - I was down to 1 remaining download on several products.
