I can't read the glass cockpit panels they are way too small, and its annoying to have to change views to be able to view a gauge for two seconds. I'm thinking that maybe I have the wrong screen resolution for it, the letters are also kind of blurry. The rest of the cockpit is readable. Only things like the altitude indicator and things like that. My second question is inevitably about half way during the flight, the thing will start rocking violently, and start turning to the left. This seems like a weather related thing, but I can't remember how to fix it?

Have you looked in the weather options for the enable/disable turbulence effects on aircraft?

Well I remember having this issue with PMDG and think it has something to do with the wind settings, but can't remember what.
