July 23, 201312 yr My system currently has a 1TB primary hard drive where I have the OS etc. and a second 120GB SSD where I have FSX and add-ons installed. I'm needing more space for FSX add-ons and I'm wondering if there's a real advantage adding another SSD or if a regular SATA 3 hard drive would provide adequate performance. I'm thinking of putting all my photo scenery on this latest drive. I can get considerably more 'bang for the buck' if I use a regular hard drive, so that's my preferred route unless it's going to be a real bottleneck. Opinions? Cheers! July 23, 201312 yr Regular HDD, unless you have cash to spare. 7200 RPM 1TB drives are inexpensive and will do the job. Keep FSX on the SSD though.. Bert
