Flying to EGPH from EDDM there, I got this issue, and I was asked to "debug" to which nothing happened.

No I didn't as it was just a one-off, and it hasn't happened since.

 

Thanks for getting back to me though.

 

Incase it does happen again, what could be the fault?

One never knows with the way FSX handles resources.

Best to submit a support ticket with the log export attached.

The universal fix for any program that says not responding is reinstall of that program.
