If a SID has the instruction: at 5nm after passing VORDME so an so, turn left to.....
You can enter that VORDME in the Fix page and put /5 on one of the lines.
You can now visually see where to turn left.

Or a SID that has the instruction: intercept radial 270 from VORDME so and so, cross 10nm (on radial 270) 6000ft or above.
Again put that VORDME in the Fix page and enter 270/10
You now see the radial to intercept as well as where that altitude restriction is.

 

I like to fly out of KLGA.  When rwy 13 is used for departures, there are different "climbs" used, assigned by ATC, usually depending on what rwys KJFK is using at that moment. This is a perfect illustration of what Rob was explaining. For example, I could add the LGA VOR fix, then /2.5 or /4.1 (depending on whether it's the Whitestone, Flushing, or Maspeth climb). For the Coney climb, I would need to also add the CRI fix, along with the 223 radial.
