August 5, 201312 yr Commercial Member I think it's somewhere between 24-48 hours because they have to confirm your payment info with previous orders, plus they're all pretty tied up with the beta. If you put your name in your posts here, if they pass by it, that helps them confirm you're a legitimate user (and is a forum rule, but in this case, for support, it's a big help). Kyle Rodgers
