As in the title, I cannot hear any callouts or sounds while using headphones. I can hear the engine sound, but I can't hear any callouts, or comms from the pushback system. This does not happen on speakers, where I can hear all sounds okay. Any ideas what could be wrong, and whether there is a fix?

 

 

Besides selecting the active output device on Windows or in FSX settings, you also have to change it within the NGX's options on the CDU to be able to hear the custom sounds.
