August 6, 201312 yr Hi, is the support ticket system down at the moment? I have tried 3 times in the past couple of day to submit one for a license reactivation but when I click Next it takes me back to the support home screen, with no acknowledgement. Tried different browsers etc. Thanks!
August 6, 201312 yr I'm also having problems here, I *think* I created a ticket, but when I try to send the ticket numbers to my email, I do not recieve an email. Any info on this? Vincent Winberg

August 9, 201312 yr Anyone know if this has been sorted out? I have the same issue. Tried last Sunday and again today to reactivate my 737NG license and got the same return to the home screen after submitting the ticket. Additionally, if I try to email my tickets, the site says no tickets exist for my email address. August 12, 201312 yr I don't know if it was a coincidence, but I reset my browser settings, and successfully submitted a ticket on Saturday. Support responded within a couple hours to reset my key.
