Has anyone else tried the new update from the appstore for Aerofly on iPad? Its a significant update but just upgraded it on an iPad 2 and all I get is a crash to desktop. Anybody else had this problem and fixed it?

Yes, but I dont think they have rolled out the latest update for the iPhone. I solved my problem by uninstalling and re-installing the app for the iPad. I also bought the A320 (which i felt was a tad steep at £3.99....but i'm a sucker for this sort of stuff). Its very good however the perforance seems to be less smooth now compared to when i first installed it. But its a good app though, perfect for playing on the....ahem...toilet!

My favorite sim for the Ipad & Iphone hands down, easily surpassed my old favorite Infinite Flight.
