Trim question

Featured Replies

Probably beat to death topic wise, but....

Not to long ago i purchased the CLS 767. Major trim problem as it seemed to nose dive or not take off at all. Mapped one of my joystick buttons to raise lower trim which works well. CLS 767 i have to adjust every flight.

Ok where am i going with this......Now i have to adjust trim for every aircraft now. They all nose dive or not take off at all.

Anyone have an idea to zero out trim on all aircraft?

TIA

Hi,

Try to identify the source of the problem first. As it happens with all aircraft choose the C172 and in the VC hover the mouse pointer over the trim wheel. It should indicate 0 pitch. We'll have to investigate this if it doesn't. If it does show 0 it sounds like a control input problem and that will have to be investigated. My guess at this point is that it's a joystick or yoke calibration problem.
