Can't open the file in Carenado. What program do I need?

Right cilck on it and choose to open with Notepad.

I use Notepapad ++  but the standard Microsoft Windows Notepad will do the job :-)

Then, on a carenado aircraft, navigate to the section where you'll see many "defineProperty" entries and place the "torque" one at the end, after the last entry there. It's not mandatory to be there, but I chose to do it that way...

Ok so I've opened the file, copy & pasted "defineProperty("torque", globalPropertyf("sim/aircraft/prop/acf_prop_dir[0]"))  from that Plinky posted above and I copied it to the first line of the file when opened and still the aircraft rolls left.  It don't work or I'm not getting a good exact explanation of how to write in the fix.

Here you have the section from a Carenado F33 avionics.lua where that line has been pasted...

Forget about the other comands. Only the one in bold is important. The 0.15 value shown here can be anything you want!

Beware that this change will conflict with other parameters set on the ACF file ( through Plane-Maker). This should be adjusted too!  Things like trim tabs, engine cant, fin cant, etc... otherwise simply changing this "torque" modifier will not produce the expected results.

Then, reload the aircraft after having SAVED and CLOSED the avionics.lua in the root folder of your aircraft...

...

defineProperty("timer", globalPropertyf("com/dkmp/timer"))

defineProperty("torque", globalPropertyf("sim/aircraft/prop/acf_prop_dir"))  set(torque, 0.15)

....
