Maybe some users may helpt out but official support from the dev is something you can forget about.

August 10, 201312 yr reeinstalled it now and entered key again, it shows succesfull key, I dont hope that the error comes again.
August 10, 201312 yr Are you performing all those actions as admin, means with a right click and 'run as admin'? I could think of this being a problem with not only this program.
