ANA inspects Dreamliners due to Electrical wiring issue

It appears 3 Dreamliners were found to have had the wiring for the engine fire extinguishers cross-wired.

 

ANA is carrying out inspections in all its fleet as well as JAL.

 

Very concerning, in 1989 some 95 Boeing aircraft were reported to the FAA for having wiring incorrectly set up (mostly cross-wiring). The FAA ordered inspections of some 740 Boeing 737s, 747s, 767s and 757s at the time.
